  1. Are the products genuine?

    Yes, at Blushin we sell only original products. We do not believe in fake or high copy products. Our team works really hard to get products from their respective brands itself.

  2. Do I have to pay in full or partially?

    We take full payment before processing the order. We will not dispatch your order if we have not received full payment. Please ensure that your payment transaction contains the correct amount before processing with payment.

  3. Where are we located?

    Our head office is based in Phoenix, Mauritius.

  4. Do we have a physical shop?

    No, we are an online store only.

  5. What are our delivery methods?

    We offer postage service across Mauritius and Rodrigues at a flat rate of MUR 75.

  6. Is pick-up possible?

  7. Do we refund or exchange products?

    No, only exceptional cases will be considered. We advise checking your chosen products well before proceeding to check-out.

  8. How long does delivery take?

    Once your order is placed, you should expect to receive your order within 7-14 working days.

    After we have sent your tracking number, please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels or delayed delivery. Refunds are not applicable on this basis.

    In case of delays, kindly contact your local post office with your tracking number. Our team shall intervene and help as much as they can.

  9. Can I expect delays to my order due to COVID-19?

    As part of the post office communique, we have been informed to expect some delays from the post office due to an influx of parcels.

  10. How to choose a product when confused?

    Our dedicated team will provide you with personalized assistance in your quests such as discovering new products, improving your skincare routines, or learning effective makeup techniques and you can also use the compare features to compare the products.

  11. Can I order a product that you don’t have in stock?

    At Blushin, we take special orders for products and brands that are not in stock. If you are interested in a particular product or brand that we do not bring, we advise you to email us the brand name, shade, and photo of the product. We will do our best to provide you the product at an affordable price.

     

  12. Do we offer a discount?

    We set our price at an affordable range where anyone can buy our products. In some cases, we do offer discounts and discount codes. We also do occasional sales where you can find your favourite product at a discounted price.

  13. Why do I need to give my contact number?

    It is part of our requirements in order to process your order. Additionally, your local post office may require to call you in case of heavy items. Not providing us with your contact number might cause delays regarding delivery. Blushin is not responsible for any delays if we have been provided with inadequate details or after sending your tracking number.

  14. Will we bring more products and brands in the future?

    Yes! Our Team is constantly reviewing/testing new products and brands. If we did not like a certain product, same will not be introduced to our market.

  15. How will I know if my order has been processed?

    An order confirmation will be sent to you by email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an additional confirmation email.
